34ft Durango American travel trailer. 2008. This trailer was purchased in November 2015 and at the time was 'new and unused' despite it's age. It has had very little use.
The trailer has one large slide out in the main living area adding to the spacious, luxury feel.
The lounge area is spacious and light, with two rocker, recliner armchairs, a 2 seater sofa bed (never been slept in with it's original mattress still in the packaging), tv/entertainment unit with built-in surround sound throughout, electric fire with cosy flame effect lighting.
The central kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, 3 burner gas hob, oven and grill, microwave and extractor. Opposite the kitchen is the dining area, with extendable table and 4 freestanding chairs.
The 'bathroom', has a separate enclosed WC, large shower and wash basin. The toilet remains unused, with original protective plastics.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, full width mirrored hanging wardrobes and ample storage space.
The trailer benefits from air conditioning, gas fired 'blown air' underfloor heating throughout and gas fired hot water.
Outside, there is a
large retractable awning and large exterior, underfloor storage space.
